Tara L. Nolan, Acting Executive Director

Tara was named Acting Executive Director of Carmen Pampa Fund on June 1, 2011. She has more than 25 years of experience in management consulting and marking and communications. Tara is also the niece of Sr. M. Damon Nolan, MFIC, founder of the College in Bolivia.

Nadine Leahy, Development Associate

Nadine has served in a variety of capacities at Carmen Pampa Fund since January 1999 and currently acts as CPF's Development Associate.  Prior to her work at CPF, she was employed by Hasbro Games for 5 years where she was a National Accounts Sales Manager.  Nadine is a graduate of the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

Sarah Mechtenberg, Director of Advancement

Sarah is a former UAC-CP volunteer who joined the Carmen Pampa Fund staff in July 2008.  Living and working on-site in Bolivia since 2008, Sarah is responsible for facilitating communication between the Fund and the College, grant writing, on-line marketing, and volunteer recruitment.  In addition to her previous work at the UAC-CP, Sarah has more than eight years of experience in non-profit program management and grant writing.  She is a graduate of the College of Saint Benedict, St. Joseph, MN.
